What's the Score?

Aside for all these other unexpected plans, I was really looking forward to watching the Canada/Russia final in the Spengler Cup. It's on one of the sports stations at 12:30 this afternoon.

Even with the World Junior Championships in Vancouver this week, they're televised on a "higher" cable (higher in channel number, not quality) channel and we don't get that channel. So, since I can't watch the World juniors, I'm taking full advantage of the other Christmas hockey tournament: The Spengler Cup (I believe it's played in Switzerland every year). It's made up of professional European teams and a specially-made Canadian team. Canada was 3-1 in the tournament and scheduled to go up against Magnitogorsk in today's final.

Of course, being in Switzerland, the game was probably played sometime early this morning and this is just a better timed replay of the event.

So, you can imagine the number of people looking forward to watching the game at a better time this afternoon.

Just hope you don't find the score out first.

Like I did.

Stupid channel's website has it flash across their home page. Way to kill the audience for this afternoon's game!!

Guess I will fix that toilet after all!!
