So, Miss Universe 2005 is a fellow Hoser, eh? Beauty.

I do have a question though. When was the last time there was actually a 'Miss Canada' pageant held? Apparently it's been 13 years since it was televised, so I had no idea it was even still happening!!

I know it used to be that there wasn't a "Miss British Columbia" sent to Miss Canada, but instead a "Miss PNE" (Pacific National Exhibition). Back in the late 1980s and early '90s I actually went to school with 3 Miss PNEs. Must've been something in the water at that high school.

That reminds me... I had a bit of a crush in high school on a girl who used to look like Kylie Minogue

or at least what Kylie Minogue looked like back in the 80s!!
