I received a letter from my insurance company today. I received letters in the past with "without prejudice" listed above the greeting and it's usually bad news. This is neither good nor bad news, but just informing me that my 'claim' is now under independent review as of February 15.
So, the wait continues, but at least they're acknowledging I have to wait....
Although, I wonder what the postman thought when he saw the "without prejudice" highlighted above my name in the address window.
